Does anyone know how I could make custom made door mats?


You will need the following items: a rubber doormat of your choice, which can be purchased at any discount store or hardware store. Tip: All rubber doormats have some texture to catch dirt and help keep it from ending up in your house. Choose a doormat with a uniform texture that is simple. You will also need some stencils of your choice to decorate your doormat. These can be found in the same kinds of stores as the doormat. Perhaps you want to have a doormat featuring your family initials or a border of flowers or frogs. Stencils come in a wide array of designs, but for this project, it is best to choose something simple that doesn’t have a lot of details. While you are in the stencil department, you will want to pick up some stencil paints in your choice of colors. Stencil paints are thicker than ordinary paint so that they don’t run. You will also need some large sponges and a paintbrush for any smaller areas in the stencils. The final thing you will need is some polyurethane spray or other protective spray. Some paper plates, rags or paper towels and masking tape will also come in handy. Wash and dry the mat thoroughly to remove any debris or residue from tags. Place your doormat on a hard surface such as a table covered with a drop cloth or other protective material. You don’t want to stencil your table along with your doormat. Pour out a dollop of the first paint color you are using on a paper plate. Using several pieces of masking tape, position your stencil where you want it and tape it down firmly around the outside edge of the stencil. You don’t want to get paint outside of the edges of the design. Take your sponge and dip it into the first color. Dab the paint gently into the design area, making sure you get it into the crevices of the texture on the doormat. You will need to let this dry before going on to another area and color. If you are going to do several areas on the doormat the same color, for instance a flower in each corner, carefully lift the stencil and re-position it at the new location. Let the first color dry and then move on to the next color. If any paint bleeds outside the design area, wipe it off carefully with a rag or corner of a paper towel. Finish applying any additional colors you have chosen, letting each color dry thoroughly in between. Let your door mat dry for at least overnight hours before going on to the last step. When your project is completely dry, take it into a well-ventilated area, like your back porch, and spray a coat of polyurethane over the entire doormat. Let it dry for several hours and repeat. This will protect your design from both the elements and wear, making it last longer. nfd♥

Help finding a custom Mustang from tv show?
I was trying to show my friend this old mustang approx 65-69 that was a custom re-build on tv years ago. It may have been from Rides that used to be on TLC but I am not 100% sure. Her is what I can remember. This was maybe 02'-04'. The color scheme was purple and white mostly. Custom subwoofer enclosure in the trunk. Removed door handles. Floor mats were some type of built in rubber that did not come out but could be easily wiped down to clean. I think they may have made the doors suicide but I am not sure about that. If anyone can find the episode, pictures, a link, article, anything it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help!

The closest thing I can find was the Fast Forward Fastback '67 Mustang from Season 1 Episode 2. It is charcoal and gray, the door handles are removed, and it looks like there might be subwoofers, but I can't tell. How much do you think I can get for my 1970 Dodge Dart Custom?
I worked long days at Carl's Jr. in 10th grade to buy it. I haven't seen any of these around here (live in norther California) except three that are two doors. This one is in good condition, still with original motor (61,000 miles), basically everything is still original and still gets to 110 mph. Engine is a 318 small block, V8. Interior is leather and intact, except with after market stereo but even still has the original floor mats. Now that I'm in college, I'm beginning to think that its time to sell it so I'm wondering what kind of value is has? (even though I'm still thinking it through, because I've always said this car was going to my son some day..)

The longer you keep the car the more it will be worth.Ole texan sure had a deal hard to pass up but hold onto it LOL.The car will bring a few thousand dollars BUT if you wait and give it to your son it will be worth several thousand
